Chachi ka Namak (चाची का नमक) is a digestive salt, made from an old Ayurvedic recipe. Made of 10 spices, roasted at different temperatures. A traditional Pahari Salt, passed down through generations and prepared by women from the villages in the lower Himalayan region of Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. Use it to spice up boiled vegetables, yogurt dishes, lemonade or simply sprinkle on toast or salad.
