Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately on Office@GreenLifeBazaar.in, mentioning your order reference number. We shall ensure a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost enroute, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you.

Please Note: All decisions on the return / replacement policy for products sold on GreenLifeBazar.In are at the sole discretion of Green Life and decision of Green Life shall be final and binding. Green Life reserves the right to withdraw from any return/replacement guarantee at any time without giving any notice of whatsoever nature.

Returns & Refunds:

Goods once sold and accepted cannot be returned if the reason doesn’t fall under what the company considers conditions of returns. The Company’s Policy envisages the terms and conditions under which:

(a) You are permitted to return goods purchased by you, subject to a valid reason;

(b) a refund may be obtained for goods purchased by you, subject to certain conditions ;

(c) you may cancel orders for goods purchased by you within a stipulated period of time”

It is important to note while the Company makes best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds and cancellations are available to the users of the Website, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations.

Utmost care is taken to ensure the ordered goods are delivered safely as desired. But under unavoidable circumstances there could be damages to the products.

Return, refunds or cancellations may also vary from brand to brand or seller to seller, in which case each such good sold thereunder will have specific guidelines which will determine the terms and conditions related to return, refunds or cancellations (the “Guidelines”). In each such case, the Guidelines shall prevail over this Policy and it is important for you to acquaint yourself with the applicable Guidelines while making a purchase on the Website.

Returnable items include -

– Faulty or defective products

– Product that is different from what you ordered

– Product that looks different from how it appeared on the product page

– If the product does not fit well (size related issues)

NON Returnable items -

– Items that have been worn, washed or soiled;

– Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty

– Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products;

– Bulky items like furniture, statues, paintings, temples (mandir).

– Custom made products.

Exchanging a Product: Exchanges are only allowed in the following unlikely cases :

– Packets that have live or dead weevils or where the product has gone bad at the time of delivery.

– Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.

– Products have expired by the time of delivery.

– If you want to exchange an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Care team and you will receive a Green Life Bazar credit to your account.

Terms & Conditions for Returning Items -

– The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc;

– Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;

– Brand packaging should be intact;

– Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.

To raise a dispute, please send an email to wecare@qtrove.com. Your email must contain name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after seven days of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product. If the seller agrees to a refund, then you must send the product back to the vendor or our store  within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund.”

Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

Green Life Bazaar will not be responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered items, or items refused by customs. If your package has not arrived in a timely fashion please contact us within 2 weeks at Office@GreenLifeBazaar.In and we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf with the courier service provider.

Returns & Pick-up:

If you want to return you can write to us at Office@GreenLifeBazaar.In or call us on (+91) 7300-686-293. You shall be guided on the process to make your return hassle free. And we shall bare the return charges if the return falls under our terms and conditions of return.

We try to pick up the returned goods through our logistics partners for majority of the time. However, in case pick-up cannot be arranged through us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service arranged by you, return fees will be borne by us.

Refund Payments:

Amounts due on account of exchanges, returns or cancellations will be settled via a replacement product or via issuance of a credit note of the same value and defined validity.

In case of returns for orders paid through card or net banking, money will be credited back to the card or e-wallet and will take a minimum of 10-15 working days to reflect in the statement.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders you will need to email us your bank account details for us to transfer the amount to you. This process will also take 10-15 working days to reflect in the statement.

In the event of a refund from the Seller(s), the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment methods used to complete the purchase. In our case, the method of payment used is through Payment Gateways. Refer to our Payment Gateway’s Refund Policy if this even is to occur.

Damaged, Unused & Unopened Packages:

Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy -

Item/Products should not be worn, washed/ dry cleaned or ironed. All products must be exactly in their original packing with all the inner packing material, In case of clothing manuals and accessories. Price tag should not be or removed or tampered.

If you receive the goods with any major sign of damage or leakage or if they are incorrectly supplied too, we request you immediately mail us with the images of damages or leakage on product within 48 hours of received damaged package to us on Office@GreenLifeBazaar.In or call us on (+91) 7300-686-293 for further process and guidance for resolutions. We will be glad to send the replacement of the fresh products desired by you right away.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags/labels.

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as handmade/handcrafted products vary, we cannot guarantee that your product will be completely accurate.

Refused Packages:

When you refuse a package there is a shipping fee associated with the return that will be charged to us upon receipt of the item; the exact cost of this return fee will be unknown until that time. This return fee will be deducted from the total of the refund before it is issued.

If you have refused a shipment due to damage to the package, there will be no return fee charged.

Unwanted items must be unopened with the seal fully intact for refunds to be issued. No exceptions.

Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Cancellations:

Green Life Bazar reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Under what conditions will my order stand automatically cancelled? – 

In the event of non-delivery of items due to incomplete/ wrong address or continuous unavailability of person at the shipping address to receive the items from courier partner, the order will be cancelled automatically. The two way courier service and handling charges will be deducted and the balance shall be refunded.

How can I cancel my order? –

If you wish to, you can cancel your order by contacting Green Life Bazar Customer Support at various stages before shipment of the goods has commenced.

Cancellation prior to shipment initiation –

You can cancel order by calling Greenobazaar customer support prior to the time of order process or shipment. Refunds will be made within 10 business days from the date of cancellation. Due to processes with our logistics and payment gateway partners.

Cancellation after the Shipment is made –

Once the shipment has commenced you cannot cancel your order. However, you may replace or exchange the product as per our return policy.

An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.

If request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.

Refund Policy:

If our product do not meet your expectations, we want to know. Please email Office@GreenLifeBazaar.In and include your order number and a description of the reason for the desired return. We will investigate, and evaluate the request before a replacement or refund will be issued.

To initiate a return, please email or call our Customer Care team and give them the exact product details and explain the reason for return. You’ll then have to ship the item to our warehouse with a copy of the invoice. After we receive the item and perform a quality check, we will add the credit to your account or if necessary, get in touch with you with other possible options.

We will gladly refund the purchase price of your unopened, returned product in full within ten (10) days of the original purchase date.

If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be credited for the amount paid by you.

All custom made orders are non-returnable.

If a shipment is returned to us un-delivered, we will contact you, and you will have the option to be refunded for the product (minus the original shipping fee) or we can reship the order to a new address after receiving an additional shipping fee.

Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, and the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded. Items for return must be sent back at the expense of the customer.

Returns due to quality issues, will be covered by the Company in the form of a printable prepaid shipping label, and must be pre-approved for return before being sent back to us. To place a request for a return label, please contact us at Office@GreenLifeBazaar.In Product sent back without pre-approval may not be refunded.

Once the returnable package is shipped, please send an email to Office@GreenLifeBazaar.In with your order details and the tracking ID of the returned shipment.

Once we have received the product and inspected its condition to our satisfaction we will inform you by email about the extent of store credit that can be availed on our Website. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be to your account as well as any loss or damage of items in return transit. Green Life Bazar shall not be liable for any claims relating to the same. We recommend you to declare the value and purchase appropriate insurance from the shipper prior to shipping the product.

Seller(s) & Vendor(s) Refund Policy

On certain items, the Seller(s) terms and conditions will apply to any refunds and returns of items belonging to their brands.

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not as described by the Seller(s) you must immediately contact the Seller(s) and let them know exactly what the problem is. You must comply with the Seller(s) return policy in order to be eligible for any possible refund from Seller(s).

Any complaints and/or questions with respect to a sale transaction should be directed by you to the Seller(s).

Since we are not a party to the contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller(s), we are not responsible for any obligations on, or warranties made by the Seller(s) under the contract or any Applicable Laws that govern the contract between the Buyer and the Seller(s).

If you encounter a serious problem with your Seller/s with respect to the fulfilment of their obligations resulting from the sale contract please refer to the method of payments policy.
