Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities. We deliver happiness and health along with Green Life products to your doorsteps and trust only reputed national logistic partners who ensure reliable delivery of non-perishable items across cities, to share this responsibility with us.

For perishable goods, we have our own logistics team that will pick your products from the vendors and hand deliver it to you. (This service is currently available only within Mussoorie & Dehradun). 

Many organic foods are seasonal and their supply will depend on availability. Organic, traditional products also take time due to unique processes that go into making them and therefore, shipping &/or delivery times may vary. Do check stock availability and shipping info on the product page for estimated shipping times.

We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control.

Shipping and Delivery Charges

We ship all over India where a courier service is available. The shipping / handling charges applicable on each product are specified on the Website. 

We offer Free Shipping all over Mussoorie for orders greater than ₹ 999/-

For orders below ₹ 999/- a Charge of ₹ 79/kg will be levied.

For orders up to ₹ 5000/-, a Charge of ₹ 97/kg will be levied, that enables to set off shipping cost.

Free Shipping for orders Greater than ₹ 5000/-

In case any additional charge(s) (whether on account of special delivery requests, redelivery requests or others) are applicable on a product, the same will be communicated to you, by email, prior to dispatch of your order. Green Life Bazar reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods on account of non-payment of such additional charges.

Local pickup is available in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand only

Dispatch & Delivery

Shipping times listed are for shipping only and do not include the 1-3 day order processing time. Your ordered items will be shipped within 3 days and delivery takes up a few more days depending on the delivery address.

The estimated time of arrival of your product should be considered as an ‘estimate’ only, and Green Life Bazar will not be responsible for any damages due to delays in shipping.

We will email you a tracking number/s when your products get picked up by the shipper. You can track your package with the package tracking information sent to your email ID.

We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) Our logistics partner gets a notification once our store or the vendor has your product ready for dispatch. They will then pick it up from the vendor/store and deliver it to you between 8am to 9pm on all days Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and public holidays.

Our shipping partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver orders after which the product will be returned to the vendor(s)/ our store. The order will then be treated as cancelled by Green Life Bazaar and you may need to place a fresh order for the product.

Green Life Bazaar will not be responsible for unexpected or unavoidable travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, traffic situations and strikes.

Dispatch & Delivery

Standard Delivery:

The estimated delivery time for each product is 4-6 working days. We try our best to ensure products are delivered at the earliest possible. However, these timeframes are only an estimate and we do not guarantee delivery of your product within the proclaimed, estimated timeframe.

Standard Air Shipping:

This is the most popular method for small-medium sized non-fragile products. You may expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment within metro cities.

Made to Order & Pre-Order Items:

Handmade, handcrafted products are delivered as per the timelines specified on each product page. There may be unforeseen delays due to natural or manufacturing delays. We will intimate you of such delays at the earliest.


You might receive separate boxes in case of goods ordered of different brands which very well may arrive at different times but within reasonable days mentioned on email.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Green Life Bazaar reserves the right to cancel orders at certain geographical locations where COD is not possible. In such cases, Green Life Bazaar will inform you via phone/email about the same.

For COD orders, it would be convenient for you and save time for the delivery person, if you tender exact change at the time of delivery.

Shipment Delays

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel. If this happens the vendor(s) &/or Green Life Bazar will let you know. We do ask for your patience if this happens and you can rest assured we’ll be doing our best to fix it for you.

Some items you select in your orders may be scheduled to be sent to you directly by a vendor(s), if any problems occur with the delivery you should directly contact the vendor(s) &/or Green Life Bazar. Once your order is on it’s way, the vendor(s) &/or Green Life Bazar, will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.

In cases when the delivery timelines may vary from those specified on the Website, amongst others, the following issues could be one of the reasons:

– Our inability to verify the details of the customer who may have chosen to pay for the product via COD.

– Products which are made-to order or customised based on your requirement.

– The area in which the product is to be delivered is not supported by our shipping partners.

Ordinarily, Green Life Bazar will promptly notify you of any anticipated delay in the delivery of your product(s).

If for some reason, your product has not been delivered to you within the estimated timeframe specified on the Website, please confirm with your family members / neighbours / co-workers if they have received the same on your behalf. Non Delivery, Loss &/or Damage

At the time of delivery, please inspect the outside packaging to ensure that the package has not been opened or tampered with. If physically damaged, do not accept delivery of the order and immediately get in touch with us at or call us on (+91) 7300-686-293

Green Life uses a third party shipping service provider to ship its products. As such, Green Life will not be liable for any loss, damages (direct or indirect) or expense due to shipping. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you at the moment the product that you have purchased is transferred to the third party shipping service provider. If a package arrives damaged, we are happy to place a claim with the Courier Service Provider on your behalf.
